Terms of Service

1. Service description

FlexyWork AI provides telephony automation including Twilio-based IVR workflows and SynthFlow AI voice agents. We provide a web dashboard for customers to manage settings, view call logs and analytics.

2. Customer responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate contact and billing information.
• Customers must ensure they have consent to contact any recipients (for marketing or automated calls) and comply with applicable regulations (PECR, TCPA where relevant).
• Customers must not use the service for illegal, harassing, or abusive purposes.

3. Billing & payment

Fees will be charged as agreed in the customer's subscription. Twilio and SynthFlow usage may incur additional third-party charges which the customer is responsible for where applicable.

4. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexyWork AI's liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid by the customer in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

5. Data processing

We process personal data on behalf of customers and will enter into a Data Processing Agreement where required. Customers control their data retention and export options.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
